Google with its Android Studio is not as good as Microsoft when producing user friendly and stable IDE, like Visual Studio. Why?

Because an IDE is a hard thing to get right. You need countless iterations. Microsoft has been making Visual Studio for 20 years, and other IDEs before that one. Wish they’d have been making one tuned to Ruby for that long.
