What can I do to get hired as a developer even if I don't know how to code?

Apply to a big company. Lie on your resume. Lie in your interview. They will not have the resources or the inclination to catch you out. My friend is a project manager for AT&T. She’s often shocked at how many people in developer roles can’t code. Some of them learn on the job. Some wash out.

But if you need a foot in the door, that’s your best bet.
