What should I do if I believe that everything about me is wrong?

One time in a previous life, I went through a weird little meditation. Walk around and say in your head, “this thing I’m looking at is not real.” Do that with everything your gaze rests on.

You’ll forget to do it or get tired of it or stop, but as soon as you start again with the self-loathing, start again, as a kind of distraction.

After awhile it puts you in a weird mindset, it’s like you’re in a dream, but sitting in the real world, it’s almost like casting a confusion spell on yourself.

Eventually your mind goes through a kind of reset and nothing about your past seems to have any kind of hold on you.

Someday they’ll have some great legal psychoactive drugs to do the same job, but until then, meditation is a great tool to fall back on.
