What should one do when a Quoran consistently posts answers that are sincere, carefully written and technically somewhere between poor and flat wrong?

Unfollow them. Block them if they keep appearing in your feed anyway.

When somebody asks a question from a religious frame, any answer that states that God doesn’t exist earns an instant downvote from me. Downvoting seems to be pointless so I’m going to graduate to reporting for the really rude ones.
