Which easier job to get in IT with no CS degree or work experience, software testing, front-end development? Or something else?

Software testing. Front end dev is getting harder these days because of the proliferation of javascript, everyone wants you to be a decent coder, knowledge of HTML / CSS isn’t enough.

Testing is how I got started in my career like 4 years ago. I hated it, but it didn’t take me long to find a real dev job.
