One neat way is affirmations. Stand in the mirror, look at yourself, and just say the words about yourself that you want to believe about yourself. Say them like ten times. Set a regular time to do it every morning. Switch it up every once in awhile and try something else.

The subconscious mind is a fascinating thing. Repetition really does work. Even if it feels stupid at first, if you just keep doing it it will feel less stupid. Then eventually you’ll start liking it. Then you’ll start actually believing it.
