Should guys let girls win?

You don’t want to be overly-competitive, it’s a turn-off. If it’s clear to both of you that you completely outclass her, then take it easy on her. Be good enough so that she can feel like she’s having to perform at her best level, but not so good that she can’t get one over on you.

If it’s running, that’s easy, just keep an easy pace and keep pushing her to run just a little bit faster. Don’t turn it into a race, what do you think this is, grade school?

If you have a hard time striking a good balance, that’s an opportunity for you to get better in a way that perhaps you haven’t considered. Control, finesse and temperament are worth working on.
