I'm 24 with a fear of relationships. I want one but I sabotage every relationship as soon as real emotions are in play. How can I stop this happening?

Notice aspects of your relationships that you could have done better with. Read books about emotional health that resonate with you. You’ll find a way through. I have faith in you.
