What is the best JavaScript framework to use to build a web app?

My understanding is that React is the best framework to use. Every other framework tried and failed to win real, bankable market share. React is the last one standing, everything else is just a pretender to the throne.

I personally have no interest in solutions that aren’t at least React-inspired. My side project implements React with Ruby, through Opal. Components are here to stay.
