I'm not very attractive and pretty shy. How can I get a girlfriend in no more than a week?

People who say you can't do it in just a week are delusional. You can have a girlfriend tomorrow if you want. Today even.

You essentially need to do two things.

Kill your standards. Ask out anybody that looks lonely. Don't try to put on an act or try to pretend to be someone you're not. Go somewhere where there’s lots of girls, like the mall.
Just walk up, say hi, yak about whatever. Tell her you think she's pretty and want to get to know her better. Get her phone number. Call it that night. Talk to her. Say you want to be her boyfriend. If she says sure, then congrats, you now have a girlfriend.

A girlfriend here is someone you can be comfortable interacting with on a sexual level. Call her and talk about sex. See if you can meet up. If she says no, just ask her tomorrow or whatever. Don't over think things and they can move really fast if you let them.
