Are feminists selectively blind to men's issues?

No, but they have an appropriate sense of the relative importance of those issues.

You have no idea how bad it is for most women. If you really understood the concept of privilege, you would never ever even try to pretend that men’s issues are even roughly equatable with what feminism is dealing with. As bad as men have it, women have it 50x worse.

The more I read about this last election, the more convinced I become that Hillary Clinton lost the election because she’s a woman. No other explanation makes sense for how she was treated. She’s no worse than any other career politician and a good bit better. But even in her own party, Clinton faced absurd amounts of vitriol. It doesn’t make sense until you consider that gender itself could be the culprit, then it all makes sense. It was easier for America to elect a black man to the Presidency than it was for her to elect a white woman.

Men have issues. There are certain prejudices that affect us. But they’re all First World Problems compared to women’s issues.
