Why do guys express interest in me and then stop pursuing me?

I think most guys aren’t really intellectual. They’re decent enough at playing at being intellectual, but don’t really look at the world through an intellectual lens. They will look at an intellectual woman as a threat. It’s all part and parcel of traditional masculinity.

I’d stop limiting myself to just guys that come up to you and talk to you and get a little creative about meeting potential partners.
