I need to have a plan to be a professional in web development?

Not much of one. The basic idea is to: 1. Acquire skills. 2. Relocate to a bigger job market if needed. 3. Find your first job. 4. Pay your dues, and keep learning and growing. 5. Move up the value chain. The hardest parts are parts 3 and 5, but are greatly aided by the judicious use of recruiters.
