  1. Start noticing when you are getting frustrated.
  2. When you notice yourself getting frustrated, do your best to substitute the behaviors and thought patterns of frustration with the behaviors and thought patterns of self-awareness and responsibility.
  3. Examine each event after it happens and think about different ways you could have acted rather than the way you did act.
