A2A, I’d say you’re solidly interested in him. Love happens after all the infatuation gets resolved. So much about you, him, and the relationship you guys are going to get into is totally unknown. You can say all the cute romantic things, by all means, but I wouldn’t actually consider it love until you’re really ready to get married and have kids with him.
