A long distance relationship is not a real relationship, sorry. The Internet has given us all the illusion of having these huge dating pools, when in reality, your dating pool is only as big as the people you’re willing to actually go out and meet.

She probably realized after the big “break” that this was going nowhere due to the distance and decided to get more distance emotionally.
