Getting phone numbers is so easy. If you want a surefire way to avoid rejection then you need to make her comfortable enough with you to where she wants to talk to you more, then you just have to ask for it.

Continuing a friendship over different media than the one it was created in, that’s the tough part.

I never ask for phone numbers anymore. If she gives me her number I’ll call her a few times to set up a date, but I give up quick if it starts to feel like a pain.
