I've been on 3 dates with a man but he didn't text to wish me a happy new year or accept my invitation to hang out that night. Is he not interested?

I sent out exactly one unsolicited “Happy New Year!” wish this year, it was because a buddy of mine told me that if you sent that exact message, you’d get some fireworks to show up on your screen. So I wouldn’t read too much into him not wishing you a happy new year.

As for the invitation, New Years qualifies as a major holiday in the US at least, assuming you live here, that means people will often have their activities planned out in advance.

I would not come to any conclusions regarding anything you’ve said here.
