I want to write a blog where I tell how I'm learning web development, how should I start?

Don’t wait, just get started. Work on a project basis. And be aware that doing something while blogging about it is way harder than just doing it. You have to be constantly aware of how you’re going to explain it, it’s a much higher cognitive load.

So keep it simple, short, and sweet. Web development is too complicated for a bunch of blog posts to really capture all of it.
