I abuse emotionally and verbally a family member and I like it. What's wrong with me on a mental level?

I suspect that this question isn’t genuine, that you are either pretending to be someone else or making it up out of whole cloth. This assessment takes into account not only the stated behavior, but also the fact that the person in question asked about their behavior on Quora.

If this is 100% genuine then you’re a classic sociopath, someone who almost completely lacks an altruistic impulse. You have enough self-awareness to see that you are being abusive and neglectful, as demonstrated by the question, and are uncaring about letting other people know about it.

If, on the other hand, you are asking about someone else, then I would hesitate before giving possible psychiatric diagnoses, because I’m not a psychiatrist, but I would suggest that the person in question get checked for Borderline Personality Disorder.
