Would a guy stay with and sleep with but not fully date a girl if he thought she was ugly or unattractive?

Depends on the guy of course, but I’ve known plenty of them that would do this. Sex for a lot of people is like pizza, even when it’s not all that great, it’s better than lima beans. Plenty of guys would keep a girl around that they weren’t attracted to but are sleeping with anyway for as long as they’ll hang around or until he finds someone he is attracted to. If he finds someone new, he’ll run that car out of gas and will shamelessly come right back to her after he’s done.
