Do black people or white people receive more racial abuse?

I’m answering from the US perspective because I live here and because white / black racism isn’t really a thing anywhere else except in South Africa.

I have never been abused because of my race. Just about every black person I’ve ever met could regale me with tales of racism, both overt and subtle. It’s not even close, blacks get far, far more abuse than whites do.
