Do you believe Hillary Clinton may still win the 2016 U.S. Presidencial Election, if a recount is allowed in toss-up states?

A2A, nope, stick a fork in her because she’s done. Trump won by too much of a margin for Hillary to be able to make up for with tricks like this.

Her campaign simply didn’t appeal to the right people, and she lost too many states. They spent too much time attacking Trump on personal grounds not realizing that nobody outside her base was listening.

The Dems need to just give up, lick their wounds and plan for 2018 where they can hopefully take some Congress seats back. The election was close, but not so close a recount can swing it.
