What is Kundalini? How can we benefit ourselves by using its power?

A2A. I’m not really too sure about the specifics of the teaching. My general overview is that it’s a ‘channeling’ of sexual energy into ‘divine’ energy. I know more about chakras, which is a similar form of ‘energetic’ spirituality.

I left all such esotericisms behind years ago. I don’t need anybody else’s ideas about how to be spiritual, I’m perfectly fine using my own.
