Assuming you’re still into her, ask her if she changed her mind from when she last rejected you. If you get a positive response then forget that she rejected you at all and proceed as if she had wanted to be with you the whole time.

If you don’t get a totally-positive response, then ask her questions to try to ascertain exactly how she feels about you. Try to understand what she wants, and do your best to give it to her.
