Well, think about it. Why would you become a pick up artist in the first place if you were already good with women?

Pick-up is not chess, or rock climbing, you don’t just decide, “oh that would be cool to learn how to do,” and just pick up a few books and buy some equipment. Most of the people who learn how to do it feel something severely lacking in their lives and so latch on to an otherwise-useless body of knowledge to feel better about themselves.
