Why are some attractive girls lonely?

In my experience, attractive girls are probably less lonely than the rest of us. Attractive people don’t just get more amorous attention than everyone else, they also get more of every other type of attention too.

All these questions on Quora asking about attractive-people-this, attractive-people-that, it’s a form of attention. Nobody cares about unattractive people. Unattractive people are freer, because they don’t have as many eyes on them, but they’re far more prone to loneliness.

Loneliness can be deadly. Ugly old men in their fifties and sixties commit suicide all the time. They just can’t take the pain anymore. They had bad childhoods and can’t maintain relationships. They’re too proud to go to church. Their own kids don’t even want to deal with them. A lot of them, their dog is the only think keeping them from turning a shotgun on themselves. They’re the ones you see creeping on the young girls at bars and hanging around high schools.

Attractive people are forced to learn how to maintain relationships, because they’re around people all the time.

The ‘pain’ of not having a lover is nothing like real loneliness.
