Do guys love doing the chasing when it comes to their girl crush?

Some of them do. Others, like me, find it a grand pain in the ass.

My last roommate would lose respect and attraction for a girl if she was too forward. I consider it a gift. Even if I’m not that into a girl, if she’s forward with me I’ll do my best to give her whatever I can.

Chasing is a skill, you have to work on it. You’re only going to enjoy the chase if you’ve worked on it enough to be good at it. The thing is, who idea of a ‘crush’ is that the feelings you have for the other person makes it feel like you’re getting crushed.

If you’re good at chasing women, then you won’t feel crushed by the feelings anymore. The whole concept loses meaning. My roommate, who like I said loses respect for girls who are forward, is also really good at chasing them.
