Are women attracted to sensitive men?

Sensitivity is an important trait. Anybody can have it, they just have to be willing to focus on somebody else and be able to sense their emotions. And then respond to those emotions, either with words or through demeanor.

Lots of people are just too wrapped up in themselves to be emotionally available in this way. If you’re in a relationship with someone like this then it won't really feel like a relationship at all, rather like just being in the same room with some random person.

If you watch an old television show like Married With Children, you can see how this works. Al berates and insults the supposed love of his life, just so his life is less dull. It's a reflection of what life was like back then. You only show tenderness in rare, unguarded moments, like the death of a family member. The rest of the time, the other person is just supposed to believe you love them.

The “sensitive man” is just someone who insists on being emotionally available all the time and not just when it's convenient. They make much better lovers, but they can be hard to relate to to someone expecting a more selfish relationship.
