How do you manage a good relationship or dating as a top performer working long hours?

Bearing in mind that I'm far from a top performer, here's my advice:

Don't date right now. Seek out more casual relationships. You just don't have the head space to effectively pursue both a high-powered career and a loving relationship. Something has to give. Maybe in your thirties when you have more experience you can pull it off. Right now you need to focus on what's important.

You can achieve your goal of getting married in your thirties if you focus. Such focus will come naturally to you if you are good in business. It doesn't have to take long to meet someone, figure out whether you want to marry them, then move efficiently through the steps.

But both at once? You only have so much time.
