Why does a person feel lonely even when they are surrounded by hundreds of people?

It's time to do some soul searching. Right now, who would you like to be interacting with and how? Pretty lady? Interesting colleague? What are you talking about? Politics? Sex? Science?

Once you figure this out then you have a direction to move in. Now all you have to do is chart a course and set sail.
