Do couples love each other as much as they did during their first couple of years? Does that love change overtime?

That really depends a lot on the relationship in question. Most relationships I see today are poorly rooted. A moderately stiff wind can pick them up and blow them away.

My belief is that this is due to couples having sex too soon into their relationship. If you build a relationship on sex then it’s only going to last as long as the sex does. It’s entirely too easy to get into a routine based on it, and as a result, never have to actually learn how to spend time and get to know each other.
