My guy friend hasn't been texting me for about a week now. Should I panic?

I have a female friend that I’ve known for three years. Three weeks ago I asked her out. She thought for a second and said, “sure, let’s do it!” Over the next week I tried, and utterly failed to schedule a dinner date. I went to go see her at work and we ended up meeting later at a bar. It was not th
