Oh god, I hated the kids my age growing up. My experience wasn’t as bad as yours, but I was pretty socially isolated.
One of the things I did back then was to gravitate towards older role-model type men. They seemed way more mature than the idiots I had to deal with at school and at work. Through them, I got a sense of a world that wasn’t so utterly and drearily defined by the basest tendencies of teenagers.
One thing you might consider doing is to move to a big city. Something about your question and description just screams small town to me. You’ll never find it easier than now to uproot your life and start a new one somewhere else. If you’re already on the outskirts of a city, consider moving closer to the center of town. The social milieu is more often than not a thousand times better as you get closer and closer to the center of everything.
About women? I’d forget about them for now. Take care of yourself. If you take my advice and move to a big city then you’ll be literally surrounded by them. Plenty of time to get to know them then.
