Why do we frequently hear that men can never get a girlfriend, yet we never hear women voicing similar complaints?

You apparently don’t talk to a lot of women. They’re constantly bemoaning the lack of quality men, how all of them are creeps, how they wish they could just find a real man.

Women get approached a lot. They get hit on a lot even if they’re not getting approached. Society and mother nature have just decided that guys do the asking, and girls say yes or no. Mating, like most things in the world, follows a power curve, meaning 20% of the single men are going to have 80% of the success.

So while both men and women have problems finding The One, men are generally going to have a different set of obstacles than women are.
