How can I say inappropriate things and get away with it?

Learn how to be funny. My recommendation is to take improv classes. Look for a local improv theatre in your area. Improv theatres are in constant need of money, so just about all of them teach classes.

There are also stand-up comedy classes, and sketch comedy classes. Improv skills translate the best to social situations, though.

But if you’re actually funny when you say something inappropriate, people will laugh rather than get offended.
