If you’re interested in her, call her and ask her out on a date. Pick out two of your favorite restaurants, and invite her to one of them. If she says no, try the other one. If she doesn’t like either of them, let her pick a place. Get her address and pick her up fifteen minutes before the appointed time. Be prepared to wait for her to get ready. Open the car door for her and any other doors you run into together. Wear a nice button-down shirt and long slacks. Consider wearing a jacket and tie.

If she says no to the date, then she’s probably looking for a shorter-term connection. Could be a one night stand, or casual sex partners. Before hanging up the phone if she says no, invite her to come see you right now. If she says no to that, and still hasn’t come up with any ideas of her own for what she wants to do, you have two options. Keep her on the phone and try to get to know her, or say something like, “OK, glad we could connect, you have my number, hope to hear from you soon.”
