I am a noob at talking with girls. How can I improve?

There’s two ways to look at this question. You’re either socially awkward, and simply don’t know how to talk to girls, or you are specifically asking how to flirt with them. In reality there’s no real difference, flirting is what naturally happens when two people are attracted to each other talk. But people that are awkward don’t quite grasp this.

Because of the way you asked the question, I would simply get better at talking to girls whether or not I’m attracted to them. You’ll learn over time that talking isn’t really anything special and you’ll stop having problems with talking to anyone, whether you’re attracted to them or not.

Then you can start working on your flirting in a context where just talking to them isn’t an issue. A lot of people want to solve their social problems ‘all at once’, mistaking the marathon for a sprint. Communication takes a lifetime to master, there is always going to be ways you’re going to be wanting to communicate better.
