If God is good, why did he give Christians guns, germs and steel to attack the world?

You should read the book that saying is based on. It’s called, conveniently, Guns, Germs and Steel. Jared Diamond makes the argument that it’s actually geography, not human morality, that determined the triumph of the West over North America and most of the world. Going through each of the listed things that are commonly held to be the reasons actually stem from geography.

If God is geography, then He gave the Europeans those things.
