Do I need to locate my third eye or learn Sanskrit to practice mindfulness?
How often should I switch my focus on senses or body parts during mindfulness meditation? I usually do this fast.
Why is it when I meditate, answers come but I'm not sure what to do with them as I feel some of them are not available but yet they are truth?
What is your biggest challenge regarding becoming a meditator?
When I’m not meditating. I feel like I should be a certain way. That I should always be meditating. But this has lead to me realizing that we are nothing, because we aren’t how we feel or think anyway. What’s your advise? Please see below:
